Our First Tabatta

We tried out our first Tabatta workout at CrossFit Devotion Kids- so. . much. . .fun! No parents, we are not teaching your child a foreign language, it a type of CrossFit workout. Have your child teach you about it, and and if you feel up to it, try one out for fun.

              - Push Ups
              - Burpees
              - Jump Rope
              - Mt. Climbers


Game: Flyswat
