CrossFit Devotion Kids Covington: Easter Egg Hopper

With Easter almost upon us we decided to get into the festive spirit by working out with an Easter Egg Hopper. The kids all had fun as they chose an Easter egg, opened it, completed the activity it listed, and then quickly returned to the basket for another egg. We took the traditional CrossFit hopper to another level!

          Box Jumps
WOD: Easter Egg Hopper (Complete as many eggs as possible in 7 min)
              -10 Burpees
              -15 Box Jumps
              -20 Jump Ropes
              -15 Squats
              -10 Push Ups
              -10 Mt. Climbers
Game: Musical Med Ball
