Plank Holding Leprechauns

What another fun night in kids class! We played dot drills, ladder hops, practice squats and learned plank holds and push ups. Thanks kids for coming in your rainbow colors and being such great sports during Leprechaun Baseball!

SKILL WORK: Squats, push ups, plank holds


WOD: 5 Min AMRAP
            5 Push Ups
            10 Burpees
            15 Squats


GAME: Leprechaun Baseball


For Parents:
1. No class next week.
2. Being at the box during class to support your child is always encouraged. Please remember to refrain from coaching your kiddo during the 45 min. of class. They are all doing great and showing so much improvement already! CrossFit beasts in the making.  :)
